Terms of Service for Kaliware 1) Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Kaliware documentation (the "Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Comment Any personnel, associates, or friends of these developers who are directly involved with, or have a relationship with, any anti-cheat software or enforcement team. Comment This includes individuals working with anti-cheat companies such as Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), BattlEye (BE), Vanguard, Riot Games, and any other companies or organizations associated with game security and anti-cheat measures. Comment These individuals are restricted from visiting, using, or interacting with the Site in any manner. 8) Limitation of Liability Kaliware is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the documentation provided. The content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 9) Changes to Terms Kaliware reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. 10) Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kaliware is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11) Key Duration exlination The term "Lifetime" in the license refers to the lifetime of the product, meaning the period during which the product is supported and maintained by us. It does not refer to the lifetime of the customer. 12) Refund Policy Purchases of our software are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional cases as a gesture of goodwill.
